This Privacy Policy explains how Built Local Sites ("we," "us"), a service of RG Holdings, collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website (builtlocalsites.com), our website-building service, and Sarah, our AI receptionist service (together, the "Services").
Information we collect
- Contact information you give us — such as your name, business name, phone number, email address, and trade, when you fill out our contact form or email us.
- Call and booking information — when Sarah answers a call on your behalf, she collects the caller's name, phone number, the reason for the call, and appointment details so the job can be scheduled and relayed to you.
- Basic usage information — standard technical data such as browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site working and secure.
Google Calendar access
We request read-only access to a customer's Google Calendar free/busy times only, to avoid double-booking. We do not read event details, and we never sell or share data.
When you connect your Google Calendar, Sarah checks only whether a time slot is free or busy before offering it to a caller. She does not read event titles, descriptions, attendees, locations, or any other event content. Appointments Sarah books are created as new events with your authorization. You can disconnect calendar access at any time from your Google account settings, and we will delete any stored calendar authorization promptly upon request.
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
How we use information
- To provide the Services: build and maintain your website, answer your calls, and book appointments.
- To communicate with you about your account, your leads, and your bookings.
- To keep the Services secure and improve how they work.
What we don't do
- We never sell your data or your callers' data.
- We never share data with third parties for their marketing.
- We do not use Google Calendar data for advertising or for any purpose other than scheduling.
AI disclosure
Sarah is an AI assistant, not a human. She does not pretend to be human, and she identifies herself as an assistant when asked.
Data retention and security
We keep information only as long as needed to provide the Services or as required by law. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect it. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by emailing us.
Children
Our Services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated to active customers by email.
